Return authorization number required. Items that are initially defective within 30 days of invoice are eligible for replacement. We will send a return shipping label to cover the cost of the return and send out the replacement at our cost as well. There is a 25% restocking fee on all non-defective returns and you pay return shipping. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. Must be returned in the original box with all parts, manuals. We are not liable for packages lost, damaged, or not delivered on time due to our shipping companies (they are liable). We will assist in the claim.
